Prague is an absolutely beautiful city for photography. No matter where you go there are great vantage points that provide tripod friendly easy access. Towers, castles, and cathedrals, oh my! And have I also mentioned that they have a killer metro system to shoot as well? Oh yes —they do!
So while I planned on spending most of my time shooting top side (like most rational people would do), I also allocated a few of my nights to exploring the subway system. Nobody bothered me down there either —which was nice. This little gem is The Hloubetin Station.

Hi Cheryl, thank you so much for the compliment! I just try to be myself, bad jokes and all.
Cool flick monkey
Hello Elia,
I love your work a lot and your HDR tutorials are very usefull.
I would like to ask how you do manual blending on some of your photos lke this one.
Can you share a tutorial for this ?
Thanks,
Gokhan
Hi Gokhan,
I’m in the process of writing a whole new series of tutorials including one on “Digital Blending.” I hope to have these available in a few weeks.
excellent image composition. How did you managed to obtain people free shots ?
Police did not say anything about tripod ? ’cause about 4 years back, in a metro underground station they indicated I wasn’t allowed to use the tripod underground – or so at least I understood from sign language.
I’m noticing that in most cases it’s just a matter of mood. Security in good mood, no problem. Bad mood and you have a problem. You may have just been unlucky to be honest.
